  Also my new vanity they installed is leaking water plus dishwasher hasn't been installed as per manufacturers instructions to cold water. Plus toilet leaked they installed and wet my brand new carpet in spare room. This is a dreadful company. Rude receptionist. Don't apologise for their stuff ups.

  Don't go there people. Bad attitude from receptionist. Bad service. For months I've been saying that there's a leak at my house when no one is living there. I was told repeatedly by receptionist that it's been checked and no leak. Then how come an empty house has run up $189 bill. ???? I was told after asking many times to plse check again to go elsewhere. I did just that. Now I sent an email informing Plugalong receptionist that there is in fact a leak from the new cooktop to gas line that Plugalong installed. So I wrote an email informing her of gas leak that's been found. I got a very rude nasty email back saying for all the boys to block me on their phones. That is almost as bad a behaviour as Carpet Call Moe. Disgraceful.
