  Everytime I attend the moe post office all the staff are always very helpful and friendly. The staff work very hard and do very well with dealing with some very difficult and angry customers. Keep up the great work girls.

  I lament coming here. The manager is rude. We've had issues with parcels collected from Moe Post Office having evidence of tampering and missing items. I now sign stating damaged or missing goods. The manager has pulled me up stating if I don't sign as per ID, then she will just return to sender. We are compelled to use Australia Post for our business to recieve product. We've changed to other providors to send products, as even when we send product from Moe there's tampering, when we send from different post offices there's no tampering. Auspost you've got a huge issue with this outlet.

  The manager is incompetent, rude and dismissive and doesn't know what a 'statutory declaration' is. Didn't even accept she was wrong about an application I was making to get ID and hid in her office, making the other staff deal with her mistake and give a faux apology only when I called them out on how they dealt with it. I had to call the main Australia Post number to tell Moe staff the right information to complete my application. Australia Post - train your staff and more specifically your managers.
