    Terrible experience at B & B tyres today. Was given a competitive quote over the phone only to find the bill was almost exactly double their estimate. They weren't able to accurately explain this increase other than putting it down to higher part prices and not factoring in the change of the fuel filter. The fuel filter was mentioned over the phone when I received the quote so this is no excuse.
