  Waited 20 minutes 3x staff still serving the same customers - ended up walking out and going to office works in Traralgon. Pathetic service ending in a lost $150 sale.

  Has nice friendly staff but don't try and take a vacuum in for the wheel to be fixed under warranty, because they go on hoildays and forget

  Love this store, Keil and Gemma are the nicest and most helpful staff I have dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I wouldn't go anywhere else

  Of i could give this a rating of 0 i would!!! Staff need to learn some skills on customer service! Iv spend 30 minutes in here waiting for someone to even ignolage that i even exist. Untill i would say i have X amount of money to spend then they jump to help. Id rather travel 30 minutes to go to traralgon then come here!
